At SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash, we believe in transparency and professionalism while delivering high-quality vehicle cleaning services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Service Limitations
• We provide professional vehicle cleaning, not full detailing. Our services do not include deep stain removal, heavy pet hair removal, or odor treatments.
• We do not service vehicles with hazardous conditions such as mold, biohazardous waste, excessive dirt, or extreme neglect.
• Results vary based on vehicle condition, age, and prior maintenance.
2. No Guarantee of Perfection
• While we strive for excellence, perfection is not guaranteed. Some stains, blemishes, or imperfections may be permanent or beyond our cleaning capabilities.
• Exterior services are affected by weather, road debris, and environmental factors immediately after cleaning.
3. Liability & Damage Disclaimer
• SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
• Scratches, dents, paint chips, or rust
• Loose or aftermarket parts
• Electrical or mechanical issues that arise during or after cleaning
• Customers must remove all personal belongings before service. We are not liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
4. Payment, Deposits & Late Fees
• All payments must be made in full upon service completion.
• A 30% deposit is required for services with the remaining balance due immediately after completion.
• If customer is unsatisfied (realistic reason), customer can reschedule free of charge (on available dates only).
• If payment is not made immediately after service, a $25 late fee will apply for each day the balance remains unpaid. After 72 hours, legal collection efforts will begin.
• $25 Additional Fee For Holiday Appointments
5. Cancellations & Weather Conditions
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable service fee.
• If severe weather (heavy rain, storms, flooding, etc.) prevents service, we will reschedule at the earliest availability. Customers will be given priority for the next open time slot.
6. Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:
• The vehicle’s condition exceeds our cleaning capabilities.
• A customer harasses, interferes with, or disrespects our staff.
• A safe and legal work environment is not provided.
• Any customer who violates our policies will be permanently removed from our service list.
7. Privacy & Security
• We value customer privacy—any information collected is strictly for service purposes and will never be shared or sold.
• Our business licenses and certifications are available for viewing on our website, with sensitive details redacted for security purposes.
8. Customer Acknowledgment
By booking with SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash, you confirm that:
✔ You understand and accept the limitations of our services.
✔ You acknowledge that we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
✔ You agree to our payment, refund, and cancellation policies.
✔ You will provide a safe working environment and respect our technicians.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in service refusal, permanent removal from our customer list, and legal action if necessary.
