We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our discretion.

2. Booking and Cancellations

To book our services, customers must schedule an appointment via our website, phone, or approved booking method. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, and no-shows will incur a charge. (No Refunds On Deposit)

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid complications or delays. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as cash, unless otherwise agreed. Our prices reflect no hidden fees—the price you see on our website is the final price, with all taxes and applicable fees included unless otherwise specified.

7. No Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Late arrivals (15+ minutes) or vehicles requiring extra services beyond the booked package may be declined or subject to additional fees. If we are late to your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to accommodate you without disrupting your schedule.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tangipahoa Parish.
