1. Agreement to Safe Service Conditions
To ensure the safety of our professionals, your vehicle, and surrounding property, all customers must adhere to the following safety requirements before and during service:
1.1. Vehicle Placement & Space Requirements
✔️ Off-Street Parking Required – The vehicle must be parked off the street in a driveway, parking lot, or private area to ensure safety and avoid road obstructions.
✔️ Adequate Space for Service – Customers must provide a minimum of 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle to allow safe movement and proper execution of our services.
✔️ Safe Positioning of Our Service Vehicle – Our service vehicle must be parked in a safe location, free from traffic hazards, and not blocking other vehicles or roadways.
1.2. Weather & Environmental Conditions
✔️ No Service During Hazardous Weather – Services may be postponed if heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe weather conditions arise.
✔️ Clear Driveway or Work Area – The area surrounding the vehicle should be free of obstructions, including pets, debris, or other vehicles, to ensure a smooth service experience.
1.3. Customer Responsibilities for Safety
✔️ Ensure No Active Traffic Risks – Customers must confirm that the vehicle is not positioned in a way that endangers our workers or interferes with road traffic.
✔️ Disable Alarms & Auto-Lock Features – Customers must ensure vehicle alarms and automatic locks are disabled before service begins to prevent accidental lockouts.
✔️ Keep Pets & Children Away from the Work Area – For their safety and ours, no pets or children should be near the service area during the wash.
2. Removal of Trash & Personal Belongings
2.1. Responsibility for Personal Items
Before service begins, it is the customer’s responsibility to remove all personal belongings and trash from the vehicle. This includes any items in the glove compartment, backseat, or trunk, as well as any loose items inside the vehicle.
2.2. Reason for Removal
✔️ Prevent Damage – Items such as papers, electronics, or valuables could be damaged by water, cleaning agents, or equipment during the washing process.
✔️ Efficient Service – Personal items and trash can hinder our ability to clean the interior effectively, making it harder for our team to provide a thorough and high-quality service.
✔️ Safety Concerns – Items left inside the vehicle could potentially interfere with the cleaning process, such as causing blockages in air vents or getting in the way of our professional tools.
✔️ Minimize Risk of Misplacement – We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle, and removing them ensures there is no confusion or accidental loss.
🚫 Failure to remove excessive trash or belongings may result in service refusal or additional charges.
3. Liability & Service Limitations
🚫 We are not responsible for damages caused by customer negligence, including failure to move the vehicle to a safe location.
🚫 We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met, without a refund.
3.1. Emergency Cancellations
In the event of an emergency or unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your service. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and no charges will apply for cancellations caused by these circumstances.
3.2. Customer Cancellations & Refund Policy
✔️ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
✔️ Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee to cover operational costs.
✔️ No refunds will be issued for incomplete services due to customer non-compliance, including failure to provide proper parking space or remove excessive trash.
3.3. Liability Waiver
By booking our services, you waive any liability regarding damages, injuries, or accidents that might occur during the service, provided they are not caused by our negligence.
You also agree that we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions related to your vehicle, including but not limited to: worn-out paint, corrosion, or malfunctioning equipment.
4. Customer Cooperation
✔️ Cooperation During Service – Customers must cooperate with our staff, follow safety guidelines, provide necessary information about vehicle conditions, and refrain from requesting additional services once work has started.
✔️ Workplace Respect – If customer behavior becomes disruptive or inappropriate, including constant interruptions or harassment, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately. Any such actions may be treated as harassment, and further action may be taken.
5. Payment Agreements
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods
✔️ We accept payments via cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms (if applicable).
✔️ Full payment is due at the completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.2. Deposit & Prepayment
✔️ For services exceeding $100, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
✔️ Prepaid services must be used within 60 days of the payment date, unless otherwise stated.
5.3. Late Payments & Fees
✔️ Any unpaid balance must be settled immediately upon service completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.
✔️ A $15 late fee may be applied for payments not received within 24 hours of service completion.
✔️ If a payment is declined or not processed successfully, the customer must provide an alternative payment method immediately.
5.4. Chargebacks & Disputes
✔️ Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash to resolve an issue may result in a ban from future services.
✔️ In cases of payment disputes, customers must provide evidence to support their claim, and SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to take legal action to recover funds if necessary.
5.5. Refund Policy
✔️ No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
✔️ If a service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, any prepaid amount (excluding the 50% deposit) will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
✔️ In cases where SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash cancels a service, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
6. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with SayNoMore Super Mobile Car Wash, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Failure to comply may result in service refusal, cancellation without a refund, or legal action for unpaid balances.
