We want to make your experience with us as smooth as possible! Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If you’re running late (15+ minutes) or if your vehicle requires additional services not included in your package, we may need to decline service to ensure we stay on schedule.

Payment is due upon completion of the service. If you have any concerns with the service, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to fix it (subject to approval). A $25 late fee will apply if payment is not made within 24 hours, and any unpaid balances after 72 hours may be sent to collections.
